| It is with great sadness that the Ringing Hill Fire Company announces the passing of Life Member Charles “Chick” Schaeffer.
Chick faithfully served as Fire Police Captain for more than 45 years and was also a dedicated member of the Board of Directors for many years. His unwavering commitment, leadership, and service to the fire company and the community will never be forgotten.
After a long and courageous battle, Chick passed away on Wednesday, June 10. He leaves behind a legacy of dedication, friendship, and selfless service that will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing him.
The members of the Ringing Hill Fire Company extend their deepest condolences to Chick’s family, friends, and all who knew him during this difficult time.
