About 90% of the training members of Ringing Hill undergo is provided by the Montgomery County Fire Academy. The Fire Academy (MCFA) is a division of the Montgomery County Department of Public Safety and operates with eight full time employees and a cadre of over 150 part-time instructors. The Academy is located at 1175 Conshohocken Road, in Plymouth Township.
